Graduated in 1981 from a 5 year program at the Dental Technical College IPSIA in Reggio Emilia Italy.
Mentored by his college professor Isacco Canovi in removable dentures acquiring the techniques of Pound, Gysi and Gerber.
Mentored by Professor Mario Martignoni in (Rome), Dr. Aiutz in ( Switzerland )and Dr. Serrano (France) in crown and bridge restorations acquiring Gnathology concepts and PKT techniques.
Mentored by Enrico Steger acquiring concepts related to the natural morphology of the posterior teeth.
Mentored by Klaus MĂŒterthies acquiring concepts related to ceramics and aesthetic of the anterior teeth.
Followed Master courses with Willi Geller, Prof. Mario Martignoni, Claude Sieber, Alvin Schonenberger, Dr. Mauro Fradeani, Gerald Ubassy and many more.
Experience
In the early years of his formation and practice Alessandro was particularly attracted to the branch of implant dentistry and focused mainly on full arch implant rehabilitations.
In 1986 opened a small high quality dental laboratory in Italy specialized in implant restorations .Enhanced by the passion of 2 oral surgeons developed protocols and techniques in solution to complicated full arch implant restorations.
Later in his carrier joined Zirkonzahn founded by his mentor Mr.Enrico Steger
With the introduction of Zirconia in the dental field a new world was to be explored and dedicated his talent and passion by integrating Zirconia full arch restorations in the implant field. Thanks to Mad-Mam technology Alessandro elaborated the first full arch monolithic zirconia restoration on implants opening the doors to a new future.
Future never ends and today Alessandro is involved in acquiring Cad-Cam technology and integrating it into the implant field.
His main focus is on Cad design and all the alternatives related to this new technology and the material.
