The entire workflow for planning and fabricating full arch implant-supported fixed prosthesis has evolved into a fully digital environment. Multiple techniques for digital impressions have become an acceptable method for full arch implant-supported restorations, simplifying laboratory procedures. However, the castless workflow has brought up certain challenges, such as structure fit verification and TiBase cementation.
In this presentation, we will provide a step-by-step clinical and technical protocol, along with challenges expected and troubleshooting strategies required for implementing a full digital workflow in a prosthodontic private practice.
