Welcome to GPS Dental Training LLC, based in Georgia. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific programs.
GPS Dental Training LLC provides advanced dental education in Surgical, Restorative, and Digital dentistry. Our courses are designed for Dentists, Dental Technicians, and Dental Assistants, and are compliant with the ADA’s Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP) standards and Georgia state-specific requirements for dental education.
Services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts under Georgia law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are eligible.
To access certain features of the website, registration for an account is required.
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for the security of your passwords and any use of your account.

All fees for our services are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.
All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Any cancellation or refund processing fees imposed by third-party companies will be the responsibility of the student.
100% refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date.
50% refund: Cancellations made 29–15 days before the start date.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
To cancel, participants must notify GPS Dental Training LLC in writing. Refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
All course materials, slides, handouts, texts, photographs, and content on the website are the property of GPS Dental Training LLC or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including ADA educational standards and Georgia state laws.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
GPS Dental Training LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our website.

Consent: By enrolling, participants consent to this information-sharing.
Restrictions: Sponsors must use the information only for course-related purposes.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Georgia Prosthodontics Smile Specialists LLC, Prostho Dental Lab LLC, and Carlos Castro DDS PC from claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from use of services.
GPS Dental Training LLC is not liable for service delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes).
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. Intellectual property and liability clauses survive termination.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia under the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and GPS Dental Training LLC.
